2) I forgot to give you my apartment number or box number. What should I do? |

Please let us know as soon as possible. If you have a box number or apt number, please include. We are not responsible for shipping costs on items that are returned through Canada Post due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. You will not be refunded for the shipping costs of undeliverable mail. If the item comes back undeliverable, we will charge our $15 shipping charge to mail the item back out to you. |

3) Where are you located and what are your hours of operation? |

We are located in Alberta. We are an online business only and do not operate regular store hours. Our online store is open 24 hours a day. Please use the contact form to contact us. |

4) Do you offer discounts to members or new recruits? |

We do not offer discounts to members or cadets. We strive to offer the lowest pricing on all RCMP licensed products and would be happy to match a competitor's price on regularly priced merchandise (exclusive of sales and special promotions). |

5) What is your affiliation with the RCMP? |

This company is not owned or operated by the RCMP. We are registered with the RCMP Foundation (Formerly known as Mounted Police Foundation) as official retailers of RCMP licensed products. |

All products carried on this web site have been approved and licensed by the RCMP and bear the official mark of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. 7) What method of payment do you accept? |

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash or cheque. If you wish to remit payment using either cash or cheque, please email your order to orders@redcoatdepot.ca.

8) What are the shipping costs? |

Red Coat Depot has a flat rate of $15.00 shipping on all orders regardless of size or weight. The ONLY exception to the flat rate is Canada Post Air Stage locations (where mail is airlifted). Those locations will be charged the total shipping cost for their order. If you are not sure if you are an air stage location, please email admin@redcoatdepot.ca and we can let you know. |

9) When is my order shipped? |

Many items are shipped the same day. If you have questions about your particular order, please email us and we can give you a time frame for shipment. |

10) How is my order shipped? |

All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged between the purchaser and Red Coat Depot. If you have an urgent order, we would be happy to send via Purolator or Express Post at an additional cost.

11) What is your Return Policy? |
| |
All regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging in new condition for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded. All clearance and sale items are final sale.

12) Do you ship to the Territories? |

YES! Absolutely. The option to choose NWT and Yukon have been recently added into our tax and shipping module. Customers from Nunavut, please continue to enter your Province as NWT until we have added this to our shipping/taxes module. |
