Please let us know as soon as possible. If you have a box number or apt number, please include. We are not responsible for shipping costs on items that are returned through Canada Post due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. You will not be refunded for the shipping costs of undeliverable mail. |

2) Where are you located and what are your hours of operation? |

All orders are shipped out of Lethbridge, Alberta. We are an online business only and do not operate regular store hours. If you phone, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours. Our online store is open 24 hours a day. |

We do not offer discounts to members or cadets. We strive to offer the lowest pricing on all RCMP licensed products and would be happy to match a competitor's price on regularly priced merchandise (exclusive of sales and special promotions). |

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash or cheque. If you wish to remit payment using either cash or cheque, please email your order to orders@redcoatdepot.ca.

7) What are the shipping costs? |

Red Coat Depot has a flat rate of $15.00 shipping on all orders regardless of size or weight. The ONLY exception to the flat rate is Canada Post Air Stage locations (where mail is airlifted). Those locations will be charged the total shipping cost for their order. If you are not sure if you are an air stage location, please email admin@redcoatdepot.ca and we can let you know. |

All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged between the purchaser and Red Coat Depot. If you have an urgent order, we would be happy to send via Purolator or Express Post at an additional cost.

11) What is your Return Policy? |

All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging in new condition for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded.

YES! Absolutely. The option to choose NWT and Yukon have been recently added into our tax and shipping module. Customers from Nunavut, please continue to enter your Province as NWT until we have added this to our shipping/taxes module. |
